We select only the top quality fishing site with the natural surroundings and convenient for fishers. We seek for the largest fish ever found in Thailand. Located only 80 km. from Bangkok or about 1-2 hrs drive, IT LAKE MONSTERS fishing site opens daily from 6 AM to 8 PM. The direction is easy as it is, starting from Bangkok to Nakhon Pathom route until reaching Kanchanaburi. There, the fishing site is set within 2 km from the main road.
Apart of this, the site is pretty close to one of Thailand’s popular tourist attractions, The Bridge of the River Kwai. From the fishing site, it takes about 40 km or less than half an hour to go.
IT LAKE MONSTERS is 11 Rai (4.4 acres) in total and a good source of piraruku gigas (arapaima) , red tail catfish , red tail tiger , tiger catfish , chaopraya giant catfish , giant snake head , aligator gar , red tail mystus , wallagonia miostoma , peacock bass , baramundi

Fees (ex. Tour agent)
If you travel on your own, without any service from the tour agent, you may rent a service van or take a taxi from Bangkok to the fishing site. The whole-day rental fee is approximately 3,500 Baht/trip.
For the fishing fee, there are 2 options available:
A: Lure Bait: The whole-day fee is 3,500 Baht/person. All fishing equipments are not available. The fisher must bring their own equipments.
B: Life Bait: The whole-day fee is 7,000 Baht/person. The fisher must bring their own equipments. Fishing rods are available for rental at 1,000 Baht/rod.
